Yes. Even if you are only attending as a spectator or alongside another attendee, you will need to purchase your own badge to attend the Galactic Championship event. You can find the different ticket tier options on the Ticket Information page

Entry to paid Organized Play events—including both the main tournament and side events—can be purchased separately on Melee.gg.

Tickets to participate in Organized Play events—including the main tournament and side events—will be sold on Melee.gg.

Make sure you are registered on Melee.gg and that your account is linked to your Star Wars: Unlimited Organized Play ID. Do so by logging into your My asmodee account through your Melee.gg account settings, under “Game-specific Info”.

Badge pickup will be located inside Hall B on level 2 of the Venetian Expo Halls. Make your pickup a breeze and grab them early! Guests who pick up their badges on Thursday, July 23 will receive a special Early Badge Pick Up Promo Card, only available at the Galactic Championship!

There will be food options available for purchase in the Expo Hall Cafe.

Yes, you can bring a bag or backpack, but it will be subject to search at security before entering the event.

No, we will not have luggage storage in the Expo Halls. To store your luggage or large rolling bags, please visit The Venetian’s Guest Services Desk.

Only trained service animals will be allowed. No emotional support or comfort animals will be allowed entry. 

No, onsite payments can be made with credit card only.

Yes! This is a family friendly event with activities for all ages. Stop by the Family Zone, sponsored by Bricks & Minifigs!

No. Tickets to the Galactic Championship, including both badge and tournaments, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You can park with the hotel for a fee, which is determined and managed through the Venetian.

No, there will be no shuttles. All attendees will be responsible for their own travel arrangements. 

Absolutely! We will have plenty of activities for fans of Star Wars. Plus, there will be more game play options on site. You never know, you might become a player before you leave!

All ages are welcome in the side events. Minors under the age of 18 are required to have a signed parental consent form to participate in Star WarsTM: Unlimited Galactic Championship Tournaments and must purchase a General Admission, Premium Weekend or VIP, or Prestige VIP badge.  Please send your completed consent form to unlimited@fantasyflightgames.com.  You can find the consent form available here.

You will earn prize wall tickets after you participate in ticketed events.

You can buy side event tickets in advance online until July 20 at 8AM US Central Time. You will also be able to purchase side event tickets onsite at the event starting Friday, July 24, 2026.

Yes, your badge must be visible at all times to enter and exit the event, as well as to participate in any events.

No, you must be present with a valid ID to pick up any items belonging to you. We will provide ample time for everyone to pick up their own items. 

Yes, you must be present with a valid ID to pick up any promotional items (i.e swag, prizes). The Galactic Championship team is unable to ship any unclaimed promotional items.

Accessibility

Yes, there is a Nursing Pod near the Expo Halls. The Pod can be found on Floor 1 of the Venetian Expo Center, outside of the Galileo Ballroom

We encourage our guests with needs to email us so we can best assist.

At the event we will have limited reserved seating at the Main and Panel Stages, an ADA line for Security, Badge Pick Up, the Event Hubs, Event Ticket Sales desks, and at the Prize Walls. Not all activations will have ADA lines; however, our staff and exhibitors are ready to assist and accommodate. 

Absolutely! Please reach out about accessibility needs to unlimited@fantasyflightgames.com prior to July 17 with your needs. After July  17 we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all requests. For dietary needs please find Cafe/Catering staff onsite.

Safety and Security

Costumes, including prop or costume weapons (“Cosplay Weapons”), are allowed at the event as long as they meet the following criteria, subject to the discretion of Safety Officers:

  • Must be made from lightweight materials such as cardboard, foam, or wood.
  • Lightweight plastic and metal shields, as well as lightweight plastic props, are permitted.
  • Must comply with all local laws and regulations.
  • Costumes may not resemble security, law enforcement or military uniforms.
  • All items must be dull, no points, no sharp edges and be non-functional and non-threatening.
  • Toy guns are allowed only if they: do not resemble real firearms, cannot shoot or function, and feature an orange tip on the barrel and a brightly-colored barrel cap.
  • Prop bows are permitted if the bow is de-strung  and arrows have soft tips.
  • Swords must be secured to the costume in a way that prevents them from being drawn.
  • Stilts and costumes which include stilts may be prohibited.
  • Props and weapons will be checked and tagged each day, tags must remain on and visible each day while at the event

Any item deemed unsafe by Safety Officers will not be permitted inside the event.

Fantasy Flight Games & Asmodee reserve the right to change or modify these policies at any time without notice.

Prohibited Items:

  • Weapons, firearms, knives, explosives, incendiary devices, and drones
    • Prop weapons may be allowed but are subject to review/approval by Safety Officers, see Cosplay Policies
  • Helium balloons and laser pointers
  • Noisemakers, including thunder sticks, airhorns or megaphones
  • Boxes or wrapped packages
  • Large bags and coolers, cannot be bigger than a small carry on
  • Luggage or suitcases larger than a carryon, and no trolleys, wagons or handcarts
  • Skates, skateboards, scooters or bicycles
  • Illegal substances, drugs and alcohol
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Animals, except certified service animals
  • No retail sales, unless you are an official exhibitor
  • Any other additional items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by Safety Officers and Event Management

Cosplay & Prop Policies:

  • Prop weapons or items must be inspected daily and "peace bonded" at the Props Check Desk.
  • No functional or replica firearms or weapons will be allowed, no sharp edges, points or projectiles.
  • Stilts and costumes which include stilts are prohibited.
  • Review and approval of props is at the sole discretion of our Safety Officers.
  • Props will be checked and tagged, tags must remain on and visible each day while at the event.
